Group Cycle Training

Getting started

These sessions are aimed at giving trainees the opportunity to cover either Off Road Level 1 skills or On road Level 2 skills in a relaxed and enjoyable group environment.

Cycle Confident instructors move progressively through the National Standards for cycle training.

If you are a complete beginner you are welcome to come to the Complete Beginner and Off Road Level 1 Training.

If you choose the On Road Level 2 course you must either have completed L1 training or be confident you already have Level 1 skills. We do check this before going out on the roads! If you are unsure of you level, check the National Standard for Cycle Training Training syllabus below.

Bicycles and helmets are also provided for use so not having a bike is not an excuse for not learning!

Learning as a group is great fun and our instructors are exceptionally patient and encouraging!
