Eligibility

This class is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Westminster

This training takes place on quiet roads in the local area. The session is broken down into 2 x 2 hour sessions with a half an hour break for lunch. Please ensure you are competent to Level 1 training before signing up. We do check this before going out on the roads for your safety.

Location: Westminster Academy Sports Centre, 255 Harrow Road London W2 5EZ

Ideally you will have your own bicycle for this course.
