This class is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Newham
This training is all off road. Come along to build your skills and confidence on the bicycle again. Complete Beginners are welcome.
For the 09:30 class please be arrive by 09:15 for registration. Not arriving on time is unfair on other trainees.
