An important part of safe cycling is the condition of your bicycle. Cycle Confident offer a number of services to help you keep your bike roadworthy and make you competent at minor repairs and simple bike checks.
Courses:
Cycle Confident offer a basic Maintenance Course to individuals or groups provided by a Cytech Qualified bike mechanic.

Comfortable Cycling- seat post and handlebar adjustment. |

Preventative maintenance – cleaning and lubricating of parts. |

Tyres and punctures – removing tyres, fixing punctures and re-assembly. |

Brakes – adjustment of brake pads and cables. |

Gears – how gears work; indexing; replacing cables. |
