This training takes place on quiet roads in the local area. The session is broken down into 2 x 2 hour sessions with a half an hour break for lunch. Please ensure you are competent to Level 1 training before signing up. We do check this before going out on the roads for your safety.
For the 10.00 class please be outside Craig Park by 09.45 for registration. Not arriving on time is unfair on other trainees.
Adult bikes are available to borrow. This course is for ages 16+
