This third ride of the day starts at Ingrebourne Visitor Centre (at 15:30) to the Mountain Bike (MTB) track, returning to Ingrebourne Visitor Centre (by 17:00). This ride is for competent riders only as it requires good control skills. The ride is fully off-road.
