Off-Road Group Cycle Training

This training is suitable for adults who are able to ride a bike unassisted but are not yet riding on the road.

It is not suitable for complete beginners.

If you are after some confidence-building training as part of a small, friendly group with a fully qualified instructor, this is the course for you!

Bikes are available to borrow but are subject to availability and fit.
