Adult Complete Beginner Group Cycle Training

The class is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Enfield. This training is all off road. Come along to build your skills and confidence on the bicycle again. This session is aimed adults new to cycling, or with little confidence or experience.

Trainees must be aged 16 or over.

Training time is 11:00 to 12:45.

This training is suitable for complete beginners and those new to cycling.
