Social Ride Leader Training

This training is aimed competent riders who wish to learn how to plan and lead a social ride whether that's for a community group, friends and family or a local event. We strongly recommend participants to be fully confident in cycling on roads themselves alongside traffic and lane positioning before joining this training. We offer 1on1 Advance Cycle Skills session for free on behalf of the council that can help check whether you are around the cycling ability required.

There will be a mix of classroom based and on road training. You will also need to bring your own cycle.

Leading a ride is a great way to introduce newcomers to all the benefits of cycling and all the scenery Greenwich has to offer!
