This is a Led Ride for families and children. Paticipants need to be reasonably confident riders and children may participate without their parents if they are 9 years old or over. The starting point will be in Valentine’s Park and the route will follow Quietway 6 to Fairlop Waters, where the group will stop for a rest and to eat lunch (please ensure your child has a packed lunch with them), and then return back to Valentine’s Park.

 

Hopefully the weather will be lovely but please make sure your child has gloves and a waterproof coat. There will be some bikes at Valentine's Park but there will be a limited number so please bring your child's own bike or get there early as bikes will be supplied on a first come, first served basis. 

 

The total amount of time riding should take approximately an hour and the ride aims to familiarise the participants with the Quietway 6 route as part of a fun half-term activity!
