This guided ride following the NCR 136 and NCR 13 routes from the Ingrebourne Visitor Centre in Hornchurch Country Park to Rainham Marshes. This guided ride is traffic-free apart from one small section which can be completed on foot. There is an option to stay on and join for the reverse journey which starts at 12:30.

There is also a third extra ride from Ingrebourne Visitor Centre (at 15:30) to the Mountain Bike (MTB) track, which will return to the Visitor Centre (by 17:00). This ride is for competent riders only as it requires good control skills.

Second ride from Rainham Marshes to Ingrebourne Nature Discovery Visitor Centre

This is a separate booking available on our website
12:30 to 15:00
Ingrebourne Nature Discovery Visitor Centre closes at 16:00, however this will not impact the ride as we are using it as a meeting point. Hornchuch Park stays open later.

We already factor in breaks for lunch and comfort breaks at 12:00.
