Guided ride around the park at Goodmayes Park (this ride is directly after the first ride at Loxford Park - you can choose just to do this one or join us in Loxford Park before and do both). The ride will begin and end outside the Emerald Cafe Bistro. 1.5 hours approx (including rest/refreshment stop) Rider ability: you must be a confident rider, however the rides may be adjusted on the day to the abilities of the group.
