Off-Road Level 1 Cycle Training for adults

The class is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Lewisham. The training is all off road. Come along to build your skills and confidence on a bicycle. This session is aimed at adults who have basic cycling skills and would like to progress to on-road training

The training is strictly for anyone over the age of 18

Bicycles are available to borrow but do please bring your own if you have one. Please specify in the booking whether you need a bike prior to attending
