Led Ride Ingrebourne to Rainham Marshes Round Trip

Guided ride starting at Ingrebourne Valley Nature Discovery Centre, through Hornchurch Country Park and along the Thames to the Royal Hotel and back with stops along the way and a break for lunch at The Royal.

You are welcome to join for the whole ride, or join at points along the way:

10am: Ingrebourne Valley Nature Discovery Centre, RM12 6DF

11am: Tesco Extra, Rainham, RM13 9YZ

12.30pm: Arrive at The Royal Hotel, Purfleet, RM19 1QA

1.30pm: Leave the Royal

3pm: Tesco

4pm: Finish back at Ingrebourne

This route follows the NCR136, through Hornchurch Country Park and then a short distance along the Thames on the NCR13. 

All ages welcome, rides led by fully qualified and experienced cycling instructors.
