The London Borough of Redbridge is committed to making the borough a more cycle-friendly place. To encourage cycling, the following FREE services are on offer to anyone who lives, works or studies in the borough:

FREE Cycle Skills: Get tailored training at a level suited to your needs, or book a lesson for the family (with up to three participants)! Choose from Basic (off-road environment), Urban (quiet local roads) or Advanced (complex junctions and busy roads).

Schools Cycle Training: We have limted funding for School training currently, for schools wishing to book a course, see more details and book here.

Group bike rides - please see Led Rides for details of upcoming sessions at Ray Park (Woodford), Valentine's Park (Ilford) or Fairlop Waters.

For Dr Bike Sessions, where an experienced mechanic will check your bike is in good order, please see Redbridge Council's bike servicing page. Mechanics will make minor adjustments there and then and will advise you on any more complex fixes you may need.
