With recently developed cycling infrastrcuture including Cycle Superhighways 2 and 3 and Quietway 13, together with numerous off-road links in parks and alongside canals, Tower Hamlets provides plenty of opportunities for cycling for both commuter and recreational cyclists alike.

Whether you are a complete beginner or are looking to cycle to work, if you live, work or study in Tower Hamlets you can benefit from cycle skills sessions from qualified instructors who can help you ride safely and confidently.
