Cycling in Tower Hamlets
Tower Hamlets Council is committed to making the borough more cycle-friendly. We offer the following free service in the borough.
Availability is subject to funding, which means that not all courses are available at all times. If you do not have access to a bicycle, we have adult and children’s bikes to borrow for cycle training sessions
