To celebrate Abbey Wood Pavilion becoming a weekend training hub, we are hosting a taster session for people in the local area. No matter your ability, come along and speak to our qualified instructors. They can show you the basics of getting on a bike or tell you how to improve the skills you already have. You can book online so that we know you're coming, or you can turn up on the day
There are a limited number of adult bikes and helmets to borrow, so please bring your own if possible. We don't have any children's bikes, so please bring your child's bike if you're taking part with them. Age limit 7+
